Gerda's Easy Cheesy Biltong Doggy Treats

Recipe makes about 150 medium sized biscuits


  • 625ml Wheat Flour
  • 7,5ml Baking Powder
  • 375ml Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 62,5ml Coconut Oil (Melted)
  • 1 Egg
  • 45ml of Powdered Biltong
  • 250ml of Water
Ingredients for Cheesy Biltong Doggy Treats


  • Preheat Oven To 190 Degrees Celsius
  • Mix the Flour, Baking Powder, Biltong Cheese, Coconut Oil and Egg Together In A Blender
  • Add Water Slowly, Two Tablespoons At A Time, To Help The Dough Stick Together Until It Forms A Ball
  • Roll the Dough Out On A Floured Surface
  • the Thinner The Dough Is rolled Out, The Thinner The Biscuit
  • Use Your Favourite Cookie Cutters
  • Place On A Baking Sheet and Bake For 25 Minutes Until Lightly Browned
  • Let Cool And Store In An Air Tight Container
